I loved that show. Harvey Korman could never keep a straight face when Tim Conway was around. That cast was really one of the high points in the history of TV comedy.

Not sure if this is the right place for this but...

If you remember last year there was some very odd activity on our dry lake that involved tents, odd cars, and jets. I posted pics in the pic forum. Well it belongs to some sequence they were using for a Amazon series called The Grand Tour and today I found a Youtube video someone shot during the filming. Not a great video as the guy spends too much time in close ups of the cars but towards the end there are the jets that were buzzing my place that day.

Wow, that looks like Mad Max World or something. And those planes look like they get pretty close to the mountains before they pull up.

It's amazing the amount of effort that goes into covering up an alien invasion. :saucer:

A co-worker recommended Rare Exports. I think this is a Christmas type movie people should put on their annual holiday rotation.

"Calvin Sonogram."

My Mother knows celebrity names (and who they're married to and what they're in jail for), but what she can never keep straight is decades. "No, Mom, that was the 60s, not the 80s."

That's kind of amazing. I can't tell if they actually sped Michael up or if it just seems that way because of the music.

This is no YouTube video but nevertheless a little gem. It's an advertizing clip made by the voluntary fire brigade (4 people) in a 320 inhabitants village and was watched over 20 000 times within only one week. In the meantime they have almost 1/4 million.

The trumpet/trombone bit might need some explanation: German police, ambulances and fire brigades don't use the howling sirene tone used in GB and the US but 2 alterning notes, much like a doorbell.

Enjoy :D https://www.facebook.com/ffwhesslar/vid ... 248680460/

That's hilarious. I feel sorry for that kid on the swing. But I feel sorrier for the kid in the stroller-- it's a little alarming that they never showed her ultimate fate.

My Mother's cat has learned that the word "lunch" means soft food. If anyone says the word, in any context, she'll be meowing up a storm and winding around their legs.

Michelle Gomez (aka "Missy") in a series titled Green Wing. Apparently, she's quite funny in this show.
