I just need a bigger bedroom. Our so-called "master bedroom" is so small we barely have space around our queen-size bed to walk around the bed to get to the closet or the bathroom.

Here's a picture of emma at the Veterans in Film and Television meeting on the day she went into the hospital. She's been trying to get it to me for days and I finally got it.

Image

The identity of her friend is a mystery. I also posted on Facebook to see if any of her friends know who he is. :D

All we know so far is that he is a veteran (of course) and that he may be a local actor who has appeared in commercials.

It's one thing to lose your memories, and another to get them back but not be able to use them. I'm remembering how to post but I can't always find the key to start, either a box to tell me i can or a quote

A few shots from the last couple of weeks.

The first is the moon coming up over Cougar Buttes, just as the last rays of sunlight hit the highest peak.
Image

A mini-photo-safari up the hill from my place. This is looking off to the west towards Deadman's Point (rocky hill in foreground). However note the snowy mountains in the distance. Those are the Tehachapi Mountains and they're almost 90 miles away. Where else in the country can you get a vista like that?
Image

And we've had so much rain lately the normally dry Mojave River actually has water in it!

That's a fantastic vista, all right. I wish I could see it in person, but that's a fantastic picture.

Wow. I wonder if that will become more common as the climate changes.
